reinstall the adb driver may fix this 2016-03-21

ADB is working fine but when I open my ADB it's give me this error: ADB Connection Error Unable to create Debug Bridge: Unable to start adb server: Unable to detect adb version one strange thing is it was working fine for the first time but after I restart my system it doesn't work.
