I glanced at the pulseaudio/libsydney solution but I'm not sure if I can use that in my android app. And as for the RTSP, I'd love to use that but my microcontroller device that will be receiving the data over WiFi only supports TCP and UDP. They don't have any support for RTP/RTSP.
