The only way to upload to Google Play is after signing the app with a valid
key, so you (or someone) did that. If you did it, you would know where your
keystore is. If someone else did it, you would have to ask them for it.

This would be an issue with configuring the Google Maps Api Key. This is
separate from your app signing key.
