I have read Google policies and not found any issues but id like to double
check.

Is it allowed to have an Android app connect to a desktop server (on PC)
using TCP (or UDP)?

Obv the desktop user would have to allow the connection through firewall
and maybe give adminstrator approval. But is it policy compliant.

I have seen apps that do this on Play are using "Network Discovery" which
means the app and server have to be on the same network.

Anywhere else I can check policiy compliance issues, especially relating to
app features?
