Hello on april 1 google play deleted my application, has been suspended and removed from Google Play as a policy strike because it violates the *webviews and affiliate spam* policy. Here is the policy https://play.google.com/about/spam.html#spam In few words you can not made app that drives traffic to other website. Biggest problem who's that they suspended my google play developer account.
So later I read all Webviews and Affiliate Spam carefully and understand that my app not violating Webviews and Affiliate Spam policy, if it not violating then it whose deleted falsely and my account banned falsely. My simple application just drives traffic to my website. I have dating website when I created it I wanted to give my users flexibility that they can download app and use my website in their phones. So later I made apparel after 7 days not 3 like google write's I got email that they will not reinstate my developer account. Okay but why not if my app not violating their policy? I started to explain them everything with screenshots and all proofs. I started explain that there is millions apps that drive traffic to their websites and I got second message and I got second email after one day. Okay so google started to read my emails, I give them 12 proofs that I'm owner of domain and website that my app drives traffic, second day got again email from google. I whose very happy because finally I got justes but my story not ends. I tried to enter my google play developer account and get same message. Unable to access a Google product So I write to google again email that I still cannot access my google play developer account and I got again after 3 days email from them. If you can't access to your developer console, attach a screenshot of developer console page. *Also, please refrain from sending duplicate messages as this will not reduce response time. * *I gived them screens and gived them again lot of proofs that I still can't access my developer account. **So now passed 5 days and I did not got any message from google, my account is still banned, my apps is unpublished 15 days, half of month I'm talking with them in 15 days I got just 5 emails. 15 days my users is not getting updated, I'm not getting downloads, ratings and money to my and to my family.** Yesterday I called in uk google play support number explained all the details to guy, he said that he cannot do any influence to case but he can flag it as it important. **So google when I will can access my google play developer account? * *[5-7339000011298] My appeal for reinstatement* *It is bad when developers don't have any phone number where they can call and talk to google, we live in 2016 years.
