Regarding the Live stream startup - 

The *native player of iOS* will always start the stream with the lowest 
bitrate available irrespective of end user bandwidth and then switch to 
higher bitrates based on end user network. In contrast, the *Android native 
player* will always start with the highest bitrate available and then 
decide to either downshift to lower bitrate (if the network is bad) or stay 
at that bitrate itself.

So can we also do with android native player to start with lowest bitrate 
and then switch to higher bitrates based on end user network ?
