Given below is the job description. *Job Title: Business Solutions Analyst/Solutions Architect* Location: Union, New Jersey Duration: 12+ Month Total Experience: 9 Years *Scope:* · The Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for both driving continuous process improvements of existing and new processes within each business division while working with project management team to complete business initiatives. The candidate will serve as both business solutions analyst and architect for complex projects that have a business and IT component. · The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to help understand complete and accurate business requirements at the beginning of the project so the right activities can be implemented throughout the project lifecycle to meet these requirements. At the same time, the Business Solutions Analyst will define the current process and help the project team solution the optimal process, while ensuring sustainability of the new process through documentation, training, and monitoring the outcomes of the implemented solution (business analyst). Finally, the candidate will support and analyze issues or enhancement requested by business partners. *Responsibilities:* · Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements · Assist in business process sessions and documentation of workflows · Provide optimal solution that meets business or project needs · Create process flows that depicts business needs · Facilitate problem solving sessions with business users and present findings to his/her manager · Involved In creating and implementing change management strategies · Assist in creating/editing training documentation · Support end user training sessions and workshops · Create business test scripts and facilitate User Acceptance testing · Establish partnerships in cross functional areas to support company initiatives · Partner closely with the Information Technology group to work through development, systems issues and to identify process improvements · Conduct testing on behalf of the business for system modifications and fixes · Maintain communication with the business on project statuses and issue resolution *Project Management Activities:* · Help define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project team and stakeholders · Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans and gap analysis · Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path · Communicate and liaise with project stakeholders and other IT teams as defined by the project team *Education/Experience:* · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or related discipline · Minimum 2 years business experience · Solution architect or Business analysis or retail management consulting experience preferred · Experience in corporate retail a plus · Systems experience working with Order Management System ,Warehouse Management Systems, retail and E-commerce platforms highly desirable · Solid understanding of Database and SQL is required · Solid understanding and use of Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio *Other Skills & Characteristics:* · Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideas · Excellent time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects at a given time · Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions *Sadiq Shaik* ASAP Solutions Group LLC, 678-221-4992 (ext) 217 [email protected] <[email protected]> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
