Is it possible to use REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS <https://developer.android.com/reference/android/Manifest.permission.html#REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS> without your app being suspended even though you have valid reasons which comply with the guidelines? >From what I've read, all apps that request this permission are insta-banned, and google generally ignores all appeals so it's pretty much impossible to even use this permission.
