Design documentation, cross-team communication and user experience reviews require spot-on written and verbal communications. • Experience working in an Agile environment Duties • Work with designers toward the most efficient implementation in meeting their visual and interactive designs • Document low-level design of each page container and style. Design AJAX and other Web 2.0 interface solutions, based on UX artifacts • Write the code ensuring W3C complaints and adherence to our BAC UI and ADA standards • Test the code ensuring the minimum number of defects during formal test • Repair defects • Conduct all of the above independently and with large teams, depending on the size of a project • Support R&D based front-end work to bring new technologies/solutions into the bank We are looking for a seasoned web developer with extensive experience in Web Design to assist as we transform our customer facing website to a responsive experience. Responsibilities include working closely with designers to turn their designs into a responsive UI webpages. The ideal candidate will have good understanding of modern CSS approaches such as SASS and OOCSS, JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Polymer, Angular, etc and should be an expert on HTML and JS.
