DS, for that budget, your best bet is to look for a refurbished/used phone. I would recommend:
- Galaxy Note 3, root and install the latest Android - Galaxy Note 4, root and install the latest Android - Nexus 5x - Nexus 6p I'm currently using a Galaxy Note 3, rooted with Android 5.1.1.
