seems you should need request permission to allow call feature to your
app.please add the bellow permission inside the <application>tag.
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CALL_PHONE" />
[if the problem was not this then please edit your question with log
cat errors..so that the problem will be understand to other easily. ]
