I think your issue is the alignement of the buttons to the bottom. You are using a RelativeLayout and probably(i can't see all the code of your layout.xml) the buttons are relative to the button which is in up.
So if you run that in one screen that is bigger they don't use all the screen because they are aligned to the last button in top. Try, read and research more about layouts...
