I would like to ask some questions to avoid unwitting violation of Google
Play rules.

We have offline telemetric business - we equip cars with GPS trackers and
provide access to data through the mobile app, published on market as free.
Equipment and data storage is paid on periodic basis. Now all payment goes
through external online service. We want to add payment possibilities into
app.

Is it legal to:
- add html link to external online payment service?
- encapsulate external html form in iFrame in app web view?
- add own form in app web view and act through payment service API?

What necessary to do (mark at Google Play) to successfully pass approval
process?
