I have an activity screen where I'm opening some images,video,or pdf on a small floating layout by tapping on a specific area. Here I implement scale and gesture functionality to pan & zoom and also to move that view. Video and images are working perfectly. But in case of pdf it is not working. By touching on the view pdf scroll functionality taking effect and to move that view I have to touch on the border of that layout. here is the screen shot of the same. please help me out.
