Here's what the job entails: * Developing and implementing scalable VoIP and network solutions for all campus environments. * Troubleshooting software and/or hardware problems for VoIP and network based systems. * Training junior technical team members, and interacting with other RMPDC technical teams, users, as well as 3rd party vendors. Here's what you need to succeed: * Knowledge of Contact Center in a UCCE environment. * Four years of technical experience in Nortel PBX /Key/MerMail/Meridian Max/Lucent, Cisco Call Manager system administration management with a BA Degree in Telecommunications or equivalent technical field. * Cisco Call Manager and VoIP arena experience a must. * Four years call center experience required. * A minimum of 1 year of Health Care Industry environment experience desired.
