<p><strong>Position: Oracle PL/SQL Developer</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: 
Minneapolis, MN</strong></p> <p><strong>Duration: 1 year</strong></p> <p>The 
candidate selected for this position will work closely with existing Technical 
leads, and PL/SQL developers on system design, coding, system testing, 
integration and transformations based on the data models developed for the new 
systems. This position requires experience working in both waterfall and agile 
environments, with a passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and 
excellence. Candidates for this position must be very effective working with 
others—including other technical resources, the business, QA, and management. 
Effective leadership and mentoring skills are a must. All candidates must 
possess excellent software development skills and experience. </p> 
<p><strong>Additional skills and experience include: </strong></p> <p> 8 or 
more years working with complex integration projects crossing multiple 
platforms and diverse technologies. 2. 6 or more years of Oracle PL/SQL 
programming experience, including demonstrated skill in analysis, design, 
estimating, development and testing. </p> <p> Oracle 11g/12c experience is 
required </p> <p> Understanding of Data Modeling techniques and best practices 
</p> <p> In-depth knowledge of relational database design and database 
management systems </p> <p> Experience with UNIX Operating System </p> <p> 
Knowledge and experience with TOAD </p> <p> Experience with projects involving 
conversion of large batch processes to PL/SQL </p> <p> Experience handling and 
managing large volumes of data. Should have experience with tuning high-volume 
near real-time applications for performance (5000+ transaction / second) and 
instrumentation of code for tuning and
