Senior Developer/ Entry Application Architect
Location: Warren, MI
Interview Process: 2 step (1phone/1skype)
Requires full SSN required
The candidate will be working alongside the lead architect on this team at
Client Site. He/She will be analyzing/helping/reviewing the lead architect's
work and giving him insight/help. He/She will be helping the junior level
programmers and doing over-all architecting.
. Implementation of strategic application architecture
. Designing application consolidation plan, reduction plan and architecture
. Refining application architecture strategies and road maps
. Work closely with senior developers and software engineers to gain
additional knowledge and expertise
. Architect, design and develop applications based on technologies like
.NET, JAVA, J2EE, Weblogic, Oracle, JSP, HTML 5, DOJO and Javascript.
. Proactively engage and lead remediation of software issues such as code
quality, pattern mismatch, and security related to the code/configuration
. Analyzing and evaluating internal developed applications
. Work with project leads for test automation and continuous integration
framework, design, development of testing strategy and delivery.
. Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the
Product Owner
. Share best practices and be consultative to stakeholders throughout
duration of the project
. Produce a detailed functional design document to match stakeholder
requirements
. Complete and co/implement a configuration workbook
. Team-up with other Technical Architects to produce a technical
specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
. Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part
of the functional design document
. Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in
concert with the Product Owner
. Desire to innovate in spite of ambiguity
. Is Hands-On with, and aware of multiple automation techniques across
multiple infrastructure environments
. Desire to work in a fast paced, highly integrated, technology environment
