Overall Purpose of Job: Develop, support business technology platforms
within compliance.
*Job Description:*
1. Develop technology applications and systems to address end-user needs,
primarily on windows based platforms.
Follow SDLC process in gathering and documenting requirements, design and
develop applications, testing and implementation in a production
environment. 50%
2. Support the development, maintenance, and enhancements of existing
Microsoft Access, and Excel based applications. 30%
3. Support ad-hoc RFIs by creating complex queries using multiple tables.

4. Support the team on special projects as needed 10%
*Qualifications:*
• Over 7 years of experience in system design, development and support,
with at least a couple of years of experience supporting requirements
gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Self-starter, team player with excellent organizational and time
management skills and must be able to work with minimal direction.
Should have strong collaborative, analytical, written/verbal communication
(specifically technical writing) skills and well versed with MS Office
suite of products, with proficiency in Excel pivot tables, etc.
*• Over 3 years of experience with Microsoft Access databases and VBA
programming.*
• Over 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Experience in business process analysis, SDLCs specifically in software
Requirements analysis and documentation, preparation of test plan, cases
• Experience in financial, especially compliance related projects such as
Risk Assessment.
Bachelor's degree in business/engineering/technology or related field
preferred.
