*6+ months* *Job description: * · Strategically designs information systems and networked software architectures. Evaluates and selects any required applications and technologies and may provide technical leadership for the project · *Responsible for providing technical leadership, analysis and design facilitation across business, information, technical and solution viewpoints and enterprise architecture*. In conjunction with the chief architect, responsible for leading the effective integration of the Enterprise Architecture process with other related processes (i.e., investment, enterprise program, and IT portfolio and project management) in the organization. · Develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features. · Analyze objectives and goals to identify common patterns, leverage points and consistent business needs across multiple business units and initiatives · Develop reference architectures and models for the major architectural domains: business, information, technical, and system architectures · *Define multi-year architectural evolution and roadmaps for major products that align with the reference architectures* · Translate business needs into a data model, providing expertise on data modeling tools and techniques for designing data models for applications and related systems. Actively leads and participates in Data Governance Initiatives to support Enterprise Data Strategy across operational and analytical database environments · Leads and coordinates cross functional teams on a project basis to effectively communicate database design related activities with a wide range of technical, non-technical, and third party team members · Conduct research in emerging technologies and continuously identify technologies with high-potential business value and specify their appropriate usage in developing business solutions. Conduct technology trends studies and publish trend reports on an annual basis. · Develop and integrate technology acceleration and innovation processes with the overall project management practices, E2E process, and software development lifecycle · Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) services to individual projects in the areas of architectural and technology selection decisions · Develop solution maps & estimation documents which document an IT solution to a Business problem. Solution maps are presented to both IT and Business for approval. *Required Basic Qualifications (Must be present to meet the minimum qualifications of the position):* · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or Science field, or equivalent work experience in similar work environment · Minimum *10 years of IT or software development* work experience including software and system architecture, application system design and implementation, technical team leadership, project management · *Experience integrating various components, such as COBOL, CICS, IMS, DB2, MQ, J2EE, WebSphere, Oracle, SQL and Cognos* · In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs · Excellent presentation skills and communication skills · The ability to create original concepts/theories for various projects and to work independently under the direction of a senior architecture lead. · Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and set task priorities · Be able to work under the general direction of a the Lead architect *Preferred Basic Qualifications (Strongly preferred qualifications for the position):* · A graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Management · The ability to create original concepts/theories for various projects and to work independently under the direction of a senior architecture lead · Understand and consistently apply the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies · Ability to develop and maintain key relationships to achieve business objectives essential · Strong understanding of the health insurance industry · Extensive knowledge in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools *Deliverable:* Solution Maps, Architecture Diagrams, Solution Architecture Designs, Estimates, Data Models, Data Standards *Thanks & Regards,* *Abhishek Ojha* *732- 837- 2138* *ao...@sagetl.com <ao...@sagetl.com> * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
