Hyper-V and ESX/VMWare Servers . Exchange 2010/2013 and SharePoint Servers . Windows hardening (both servers and desktop operating systems) . Windows PKI and AD certificate services . Lync 2013 . Direct working experience with enterprise scale cloud and data center consolidation, modernization, and/or virtualization environments. . Extensive experience administering Windows Operating Systems in a virtualization environment . Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, CloudStack, etc. . Solid track record of deploying and automating self-scaling redundant infrastructure . Experience with Backup/Storage solutions such as CommVault, EqualLogic/PowerEdge, etc. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong operational and/or change management experience in a distributed open systems active directory environment . Excellent risk evaluation skills . Strong interpersonal and team skills . Working in an ITIL v3 environment and/or certification is preferred .
