•Responsible for leading and creating Identity & Access Management (IAM)
technical delivery of IAM components (e.g. IAM Connectors) for customer.
Components include solutions for authentication, authorization, identity
provisioning, role based access control, physical security, and audit and
•Responsible for ensuring appropriate collection and analysis of technical
functional requirements based on critical client IAM use cases and
•Responsible for generating client delivery documentation such as technical
requirement design documents, Visio diagrams, and technical component
•Ensures technical strategy alignment of standard client SDLC (System
Development Life Cycles) to customer’s project execution frameworks.
•Works as part of several IAM projects to identify key IAM technical
components as aligned to project requirements, assist in prioritizing
development efforts, catalog IAM component to project requirements, and
assign them to project use cases and sprints.
•Conducts in depth technical IAM research, needs assessments and
performance analysis to support, design, and develop new technical IAM
components for clients.
•Identifies client’s technical stakeholders, and provides effective
training and mentoring to maximize leadership and consulting effectiveness,
client learning and overall project team productivity
•10+ years’ experience in integrating security and IAM products with common
identity stores (LDAP, relational databases, application servers, virtual
directory servers, and physical access management systems.)
•8 years’ experience with complex IAM products (NetIQ Access Manager,
Oracle Access Manager, CA Siteminder, ForgeRock OpenAM, Microsoft FIM/ILM).
