Sounds an awful lot like "I need to get inheritance money out of my country... Let me Western Union you $5,000,000USD and I'll give you 10%. By the way I need all of your personal information to do this." While I'd like to think that your intentions are good, I'd not trust doing this for anyone. I'm going to venture a guess that this is also true for others.
