Critical Technical Skills: - Must have a Bachelor's degree in an IT. - At least 8 years of project management experience with extensive Microsoft Project experience and Primavera experience - Advanced Excel and Word experience. - PMP certification. - At least 3 years of experience with IT projects (application, not infrastructure).
