*Description*

This recruitment is for a Project Manager II Position in the Department of
Children and Families, Division of Family and Economic Support (DFES),
Bureau of Child Support (BCS). The individual in this position will
represent and the BCS team in implementing reports, dashboards, and other
tools produced from the Child Support Data Warehouse. The individual will
work in conjunction with the Business Intelligence and Partner training
section teams to ensure reports, dashboards, and training materials meet
the business needs. The individual must have strong project management as
well as excellent team engagement skills.

This position will not be project managing an IT team, but rather business
professionals tasked for the implementation of reports, dashboards, and
other Business Intelligence tools that will allow the Bureau and Agencies
to make data-driven decisions.

The individual in this position will:
• Be the face representing the child support program on the child support
data warehouse project to all bureau, agency, and DCF executive management.
• Coordinate work with the Business Intelligence and KIDS system staff to
develop project charters, work plans, deliverables, and other project
artifacts.
• Work closely with the project sponsor and BCS Systems Support and
Development Section Chief to understand and prioritize project tasks and
assist with resolving complex technical issues.
• Understand business objectives and work with related teams to facilitate
resolution when problems are identified.
• Assume a leadership role on an effective team and coordinate the work of
the project teams to meet project milestones.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in project management. Professional
certification is highly desirable.
