*Job Title: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (Healthcare industry experience is a MUST)* *Location**: Virginia Duration: 3 months to start with likely extension* *Visa**: USC or GC candidates preferred. * *Interview process**: Skype only (no in-person interviews required)* *Candidates MUST have healthcare experience (payer experience is ok and provider experience is preferred).* *Role Description* The senior BA is a seasoned thought leader in driving identification of data centric business solutions with Executive level users. They will provide industry expertise in KPIs, measure factors, industry and technology trends and strategy. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for identifying strategic, organizational, and operational and/or implementation gaps hindering a data organization. He/she will lead resolution paths for data strategy, organizational, and operational and/or implementation gaps. The Senior Business Analyst will act as a liaison and trusted advisor to senior and executive client management staff. He/she will drive the creation of Data governance process, as well as defining complex business rules to resolve problems. The Senior Business Analyst will lead the bridge between Business users and technical teams to ensure technical solution meets business needs. They will also platform and provide best-practice methodology and analyses. The Senior Business Analyst will lead and mentor other business and business data analysts. *Skills:* 5+ years of experience in the industry and familiarity with various products and lines of business Strong quantitative ability in statistics, mathematics, or financial analysis Experience with statistical analysis tools preferred Experience in multiple full lifecycle Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Business Intelligence, Information Delivery, Data Analytics Solution Implementations Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Ab Initio, Informatica and Datastage a plus Ability to develop complex SQL in an Oracle, Netezza, SAS, Teradata and/or other MPP platforms End user experience with Information Delivery tools such as Cognos, Microstrategy, Tableau and Qlikview a plus, Implementation experience preferred Formal education and experience in hypothesis development and testing, research methods, and statistical modeling Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex business issues into easily understandable terms for a variety of audiences Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability and willingness to engage in many different and simultaneous tasks Desire to learn and mentor others via hands-on, apprenticeship model *Requirements:* BS/BA degree required, major(s) in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Statistics preferred MBA, CPA, CFA, or CPCU also preferred Superior analytical and problem-solving skills -- *Regards,* *Rajesh Kumar* *[image: Techlogo]* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *TEK Inspirations LLC* Cowboys PKWY, #3074, Irving, TX 75063 E: [email protected] <[email protected]> W: www.tekinspirations.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
