communication, IBM content management tools exp</p> <p>The Purpose of Your 
Role: In this role, you will provide business and systems analysis across 
Enterprise content management. You will work closely with our business partners 
and development teams to deliver technology solutions/document management that 
support our business partners.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul>
<li>Banking Business domain experience highly required</li>
<li>Familiarity with controlled document management principles and best 
practices.</li>
<li>Familiarity with system validation documentation and testing requirements, 
methodologies, and processes, as well as unit, integration, system, and 
regression testing.</li>
<li>Ability to work with wide variety of internal business customers from 
different functional areas, with different use case scenarios, dispersed 
globally.</li>
<li>Ability to provide technical and strategic leadership to internal business 
customers, technical team members, and vendor resources.</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in business and systems analysis</li>
<li>Experience supporting projects with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies 
is desirable</li>
<li>Understanding of the knowledge and document management domains</li>
<li>Familiarity with IBM CONTENT MANAGEMENT TOOLS/FILENET/Documentum and/or 
SharePoint is also a plus</li>
<li>Bachelor Degree</li>
