He or she will have experience in a collaborative, agile, small-group environment and will be comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, and working to design elegant user experiences for internal and external audiences. *Primary Roles and Responsibilities:* · Collaborate with Creative Director, Product Owner, and other members of the innovation team to understand, shape, and visualize user stories and project requirements. · Develop design prototypes, sketches, wireframes, storyboards, and other documentation. · Iterate and refine design solutions through collaboration with the project team and stakeholders. · Create clean, precise final graphics, icons, and other assets for project implementations; including iPhone/iPad apps and responsive websites. · Work closely with other members of the innovation team to ensure the design vision is executed faithfully and meets or exceeds expectations. · Participate in all phases of the development process; from initial ideation through final testing and deployment. · Contribute suggestions for new approaches and possible areas of process improvement. · Proactively research new technologies and tools and present to the team. *Required Skills and Qualifications:* · Bachelor’s degree in design, multimedia, or related fields. · Design fundamentals: (Typography, visual balance, information hierarchy, color theory) · Portfolio demonstrating experience designing for iOS and responsive web · Familiarity with Apple HIG guidelines and other web standards · Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite · Working knowledge of MS Office applications (esp.
