• Project Management Office for GME Data IT: deliverables oversight and 
reporting, financials and resourcing management and PMO BAU

 

• Oversee programs delivery to ensure that scope, quality and timeliness 
commitments are met

 

• Actively manage programs financials and reporting to ensure delivery 
within budget

 

• Manage program deliverables reporting to meet corporate governance 
requirements and guidelines. Manage reporting processes to create a

Role Description Project Manager  

The role will be responsible for project management to support Regulatory 
deliverables within strategic Reference Data platform, across 
Instrument/Product and Client/Account verticals. The role

 

encompasses performing detailed project planning, management reporting, 
resourcing planning and prioritizations across multiple 
development/business groups. The individual must be able to work

 

in a dynamic and fast passed environment.

 

• Proven track record in building Instrument/Product master solutions is 
required.

 

• Extensive experience in delivering technical and/or operational data 
management solutions in the Financial Services Industry meeting the needs 
of Equities Front Office trading.

 

• Ability to work across multiple global business groups and domains. 
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

 

2 Skill Summary

 

• Builds and maintains strong relationship with Leads/Stakeholders in the 
business to ensure alignment with client needs, business requirements and 
project management resources.

 

• Lead consolidated stakeholder meetings, providing program updates, risks, 
issues and remediations.

 

• Establishes the governance (decision making) structure for the 
program/project and manage/escalate issues and risks to the appropriate 
management levels.

 

• Responsible for Service Delivery including SLA adherence and 
issues/incidents.

 

• Reviews performance against SLAs / KPIs and directs appropriate 
interventions to address and meet changing client needs and business 
priorities.

 

 

• Manages Equities Reference Data project plan and Book of Work and 
mitigates any risk and issues as they are identified.

 

• Foster relationship with the enterprise data management team to enhance 
the engagement model between the enterprise and LOB-aligned data team.

 

• Build out proactive data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and 
timeliness.

 

• Ensure solution delivery model adhering to the Equities Strategic 
Architecture.

 

• Partner with enterprise reference data teams for delivering best of breed 
solutions.

• Proven track record in building Instrument/Product master solutions is 
required.

 

• Working knowledge of Instrument/Product reference data domain and 
understanding its usage in Equity Front Office applications like OMS, EMS, 
Algos, Regulatory Reporting, etc is a PLUS..

 

• Extensive experience in delivering technical and/or operational data 
management solutions in the Financial Services Industry meeting the needs 
of Equities Front Office trading.

 

• Knowledge of global markets holiday calendars is a plus.

 

• Understanding of corporate actions events and impact on trading is 
required.

 

• Broad knowledge of related reference data solutions in the marketplace is 
needed.

 

• Knowledge of Regulatory landscape as applied to trading and reference 
data applications is a plus.

 

• Knowledge of Equities divisional products and flows is essential; 
Experience and knowledge for Equities Trading platforms is a PLUS.

 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and influencing skills; 
excellent consumer relationship management skill with service-oriented 
mindset.

 

• Ability to work across multiple global business groups and domains. 
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

 

• Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & 
verbal communication skills

 

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office products - Excel, MS Project, Powerpoint
