*Job Title: Jr.* * Business Analyst I*

*Location: **Owings Mills MD*

*Contract – 6 months*



*Responsibilities:*
* Works with DPE program lead to develop training materials and
presentations for the Managed Capacity (MC) program.
* Work with DPE and TOS stakeholders to analyze their technology and
business requirements to match program guidelines.
* Creates training materials, SOPs, assist in conducting training as per
DPE guidelines.
* Serves as a liaison between the DPE, CareFirst Core Delivery Partners,
and TOS organization stakeholders for Managed Capacity training needs.
* Helps Managed Services (MS) lead in identifying incident trends, run
reports, analyze actual tickets consumption.
* At the direction of Managed Services lead, validate production incident
tickets, parent/child associations, and verify vendor reporting.
* Communicate the MS and MC terms and educate the partners per DPE
direction.

* Requirements:*
* This position requires a four-year degree in CIS/MIS or equivalent
experience of 4 years of related business analysis experience
* Good communication skills
* Experience doing presentations/training to different level of audience
* Familiarity with MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Visio.





Notes from call:

·         Need a BA- Jr. level. Someone that can help with developing
training materials, as new engagements are rolled out, need to educate
stake holders, users and partners. Take direction from leads, document best
practices, SOP, develop ppt training material and help with training. Lead
training sessions at some point.

·         Need to analyze data- reports, how production system is
performing. Pulling data and producing the graphs.

·         Just need someone that understands how the process works.

·         Healthcare experience is a great plus

·         Must have some basic MS. Office, training background skills.
writing documentation.

·         Soft skills are more important. Can learn process, follow
directions. Not looking for someone high level. Hands on admin role.

·         100% onsite. Might need to travel to other locations.

·         Duration – short term need. While new program is rolling out.

·         Getting through training needs 4-6 months.

·         Must have strong comm. skills but will not be interacting with
sr. level people.

·         Business degree, marketing, training experience instead of
someone with a technology background.
