Around 10-14 years’ experience senior resource with expertise on application development (40%), production support(40%) and site Reliability engineer (20%) (SRE kind of resources work with production support team to *build service automation* and toolsets to stabilize infrastructure, services, platforms (Linux/Unix) using *scripting languages like Python and Ruby*) 2. Primary Technology skills with expertise level 8+ (out of 10) needed are *C#, ASP.net, Web API, WCF, SQL DB, Web services, JIRA, TFS, MSMQ* 3. Good to have Knowledge of tools like Chef, Redix, Njinx, New Relic, splunk. Additional good to have skills in in data structures, relational and NOSQL databases, networking, web architectures, UNIX flavors 4. Expert knowledge in large scale web operations and web based architectures and configuration management 5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing dynamic environment *6.* Take ownership of production environment to *manage bugs fixes, enhancements and features* 7. Implement DevOps tools and services such that systems are well integrated and configured to be more resilient 8. Implement DevOps best practices and document processes to maintain high availability detailed notes for audit purposes. 9. Manage production issue escalations from Level 2 and Level 1 support team 10. Perform ongoing maintenance and change management. Work with our sustainment team to organize, plan, manage and execute new releases. 11.
