<p>Title: Lead Business Architect</p>
<p>Location: Reston, VA</p>
<p>Duration: 6 months with possible extension</p>
<p>Terms: C2C/1099Hourly </p>
<p>Pay Rate: $negotiable depending on experience </p>
<p>Start Date: 2 weeks from confirmation</p>
<p>Interview Process: Initial Phone followed by a face to face </p>
<p>Methodology: Define and establish Business Architecture tools &amp; best 
practices within the SDLC methodology</p>
<p>Works with Enterprise Business Systems Architect and Business Owners to 
create and implement architectural frameworks (TOGAF) and methodology to 
support client needs.Collaborates with Enterprise Business Systems Architect in 
establishing governance and processes on how modeling should happen.Work with 
Enterprise Business Systems Architect in providing input in the development and 
maintenance of delivery practices such as updating templates, artifacts and 
packages used throughout the CMMI process to refine and make them more 
effective.Seek Continuous Improvement - Analyze existing tasks, processes, 
methods, metrics, and reporting used to perform all functions and recommend 
appropriate business process improvements within the competency. Business 
Modeling/DocumentationLeads the process of collecting and documenting business 
processes.Contributes to process modeling and documentation repository Required 
Education and Experience:This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or 
related field or a certification from technical school, OR equivalent 
experience, plus at least 8-10 years Business Architect/Modelerexperience in 
high-level systems and/or applications.Experience with business and systems 
analysis and design methodologies and tools, and experience with large and 
complex systems. Excellent analytical, planning, and communication 
skills.Experience with multi-system/platform program integration. Required 
Skills:Strong capability/process modeling skills, particularly in TOGAF.Strong 
ability to explain and demonstrate the value of business architectureExcellent 
written and spoken language skillsStrong presentation skillsDemonstrated 
awareness of new systems technologies and how they could be leveraged to 
benefit the company, customers and providers, new business strategies and 
corporate initiatives. Must possess the qualities, skills, business acumen, 
experience, and discipline to ensure business and systems architecture 
alignment.Strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in 
relationship management.The ability to interface across several channels, 
acting as a visionary, to assist, proactively in developing project direction. 
Preferred Skills: Masters in Computer Science or Business Administration or 
related field. Preferred ExperienceExperience with PEGA solutions.Served as 
business architect in health insurance payer organization.Active participant in
