*Location: Plano, TX.*
*Duration: 6 month contract *
*visa : GC EAD, GC , USC only *
I am in search of a Business Process Analyst who has experience maintaining
and improving asset life-cycle process controls. This is a potential
contract-to-hire position for my client in Plano, TX.
Summary:
Responsible for developing, implementing, enforcing, reporting, maintaining
and improving asset life-cycle process controls.
General Responsibilities:
n Review and support asset life-cycle management controls.
n Collaborate with contacts across the organization in support of asset
life-cycle management.
n Review reports and provide updates based on analysis.
n Drive PC returns via direct messaging (email, instant messaging, voice
calls) to associates and mangers
n Validate PC requests based on reference data/demographics
n Other duties as assigned
General Qualifications:
n Associate's Degree in fields such as Business Management, Computer
Science, Information Systems, and Engineering or equivalent certification
or military experience
n 1+ years project management experience
n Proficient with Office 2016, especially Excel
n Proven experience working with customers or end users
n Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively and efficiently
n Motivated self-starter and willing to challenge the status quo
Preferred Qualifications:
n PMP or ITIL certified
n Understanding of or experience with analytical and or dashboard tools
Access Database Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree
