Remedy Developer will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Remedy ITSM system, along with Atrium Orchestrator and My IT. The person will analyze and design new systems, as well as develop enhancements to existing systems. Handle the daily administration of the Remedy system including any testing and troubleshooting. Perform installation, setup, and configuration of Remedy software. The resource is also responsible for enabling and supporting all the integrations with the Remedy application. Support operational maintenance windows and after-hour support requirements.
