I don't mean to let you down but as of now, android does not have an arabic font
I have a g1 and I can view arabic (disconnected letters) but this is because I have root access and I replaced the default system font with one that supports arabic your application will not be readable for users. There is a way to do that. You have to put an arabic font as a part of your program and do some sort of reshaper or make it viewable as images.
