Quick Response is appreciated. *Below are the Position Details:* *Position: Production Support Analyst* *Location: Libertyville, IL* *Duration: 6 month contract * Position Description: The Non-Prod Support Analyst is the eyes and ears of the non-prod test environments. This role ensures that these environments are up and running and that issues are resolved within the defined SLA’s. This role monitors and ensures that critical non-prod jobs are running and completing daily. This role is responsible for initial (high-level) troubleshooting, issue validation and determining which team to assign the issue. Coordination of issue resolution with all VCI Development and Operations and Vendor IT teams. Position Responsibilities - Job monitoring (Defined critical jobs) in multiple non-prod environments - First level (High-level) troubleshooting of non-prod environment issues - User notification of environment issues and status - Maintenance and communication planned environment updates, refreshes and status notifications - Notification of internal and third-party IT, Management and Business teams of environment and job issues - Environment/Job issue management (documentation, tracking, identification of trends) - Smoke test coordination for new and changes to existing non-prod environments - Manage and maintain non-prod support documentation - Meeting issue resolution SLA’s Competencies: - Skill in problem solving, ownership of quality issues, cross-group collaboration ?
