Responsible for development, and deployment of Business Intelligence
solutions using the Microsoft BI stack and handle the installation,
configuration, and management of all the components of SSRS, SSIS, and
SSAS.



The Business Intelligence Developer supports the design and development of
all enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.  The BI Developer is
responsible for developing SSIS package, SSRS and creating complex
Microsoft SQL queries and analytics solutions. Working in close
coordination with lead Developers, clients and Data Architects.



The BI Developer develops understanding of clinical work-flows, business
process flows and data relationships and operates in all phases of a
Business Intelligence development life cycle which incorporates
requirements definition, design, ETL development, report development and
deployment as well as support.



This position collaborates with the development team, QA, Security,
collaborative groups/clients and other cross functional teams to define,
provide for, and test deliverables.



*Major Accountabilities:*

ETL Development

•             Design and develop Microsoft BI stack solutions including
SSIS and SSRS

•             Take charge of end-to-end development of reporting solutions
such as establishing and maintaining different data sources and automate
the collection of data used in operational reports

•             Generate views, queries, stored procedures, triggers, and
data warehouse reports through Business Intelligence (BI) Query Analyzer
and SSRS to present KPI reports from SQL Server production databases to the
management team

•             Deal with the design, creation, and improvement of complex
extract, transform, and load (ETL) structures using SQL Server Integration
Services (SSIS) packages to enable the extraction, transformation, and
loading of data from multiple data sources to data warehouse and other
databases according to business requirements

•             Review, analyze and collaborate with business analyst and
development teams to fully understand requirement; contribute to the
development approach for coding

•             Contribute to the development of data approach for coding –
Understand data guidelines, and understand data sources available, what is
new based on requirements, and how the project will impact common data
stores

•             Collaborate with core team, QA, Security, and other cross
functional teams to provide the appropriate solution

•             Provide SME on Microsoft BI stack solutions and data to other
teams; also provide ad-hoc reporting



*Minor Requirements:*

Bachelor's Degree required

This position is responsible for the continual monitoring and analysis of
strategic information derived from numerous resources and will be
responsible for the creation of metrics, attributes, filters, reports, and
highly interactive dashboards. Create advanced chart types, visualizations
and complex calculations to manipulate the data using Tableau.  depending
on experience.



The position requires someone with a great experience in developing
interactive Dashboards, Score cards, Metrics, What if analysis, Prompts,
Drills, Search (using Add-ons) and Reports/Dashboards for all the
functional areas including Finance, Pricing, Purchasing, Quality and Supply
Chain Data using Tableau



*Major Responsibilities:*

•         Create Rich dashboards using Tableau Dashboard and prepare user
stories to create compelling dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

•         Responsible for interaction with business stake holders,
gathering requirements and managing the delivery.

•         Connect Tableau server to publish dashboard to a central location
for portal integration.

•         Connect Tableau server with share-point portal and setup auto
refresh feature.

•         Create visualization for logistics calculation and department
spend analysis.

•         Generate KPI report for customers.

•         Maintain Test log and Write test Evaluation, Summary Reports.

•         Generate Test Cases for each specification in Requirement
Specification Document corresponding to each module.

•         Create Test Scripts, Test hierarchy to represent the features and
functionality that need to be test in the application.

•         Analyze user and business requirements attended periodic meetings
for changes in the application requirements and documents.

•         Performed Parallel Testing or Production Testing, which ensures
that the new system will perform correctly in a production environment and
interface correctly with other production systems.

The Qlikview Reporting Analyst will provide Solution Architecture for HR
data & Business Intelligence solutions; specifically, Qlikview.  They will
be using PeopleSoft reporting tables to build an environment linked to
Qlikview, then developing the reports based on business requirements.
Extensive Qlikview AND PeopleSoft Reporting is a requirement.  The hourly
rate for this role is $50.00-$65.00, depending on years of experience with
specific skills.



*Summary:*

This individual needs to understand the HR data model and create solutions
to solve business problems.  Development and maintenance of real-time and
historical HR reports, and coordinating closely between business operations
and IS development teams to ensure the creation and delivery of a
high-quality data model and architecture. Enable operations management at
all levels to use business intelligence reporting and analytics
technologies in a self-service manner.



*Responsibilities:*

·         Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the
areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics

·         Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze
enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed

·         Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human
resources data sets, reports, and metrics.

·         Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics
development

·         Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR teams and
CoE’s (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity,
compliance, etc.)

·         Partners with other Business Intelligence architects (as
required) to continue to develop and evolve our advanced analytics



*Required Qualifications:*

·         Advanced experience with the Business Intelligence solution
Qlikview

·         Advanced experience working with core HR solutions (specifically
PeopleSoft version 9.0 or greater) HR data

·         Extensive Qlikview AND PeopleSoft Reporting is a requirement
