This candidate will be working for the B2B group supporting the back office and handling account maintenance. Will work on upgrade Websphere from 6.1 to 8.0. Once trained candidate will have about 60% development and 40% mentoring. Summary: - As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor on an Agile delivery team working on initiatives for the North America Commercial (Contract) business especially related to the Customer Systems. - Will inform the business on the possibilities and opportunities that modern technology can provide for them. - Participate in a dynamic, fast paced, and engaging environment to design and implement new proprietary applications on the Spring platform. - Will be required to work effectively with your teammates and be detail oriented. - Success on the Agile team will be measured by your ability to combine critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm and determination. - Will develop innovative solutions with your peers and you will have a direct impact on the success.
