*Job Description – SAP HR Functional Consultant:*
The HR consultant is expected to help with development aspects relating to
Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Employee Self Service,
Manager Self Service, Timesheets (CATS), Personnel Development, Payroll,
Compensation & Benefits etc..
*Key Accountabilities:-*
- Analysis of business requirements.
- Design and implementation of full solutions ( Including testing and
UAT Support).
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
- Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required.
- Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external
auditors as required.
- Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of
proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available.
*Desired Profile:-*
- 1 or 2 E2E implementation experience and Support experience in SAP HR
environment.
- SAP HR application operations
- Org. Management
- Personnel Administration
- Time & Attendance
- Payroll
- Performance management
- ESS/MSS
- Interfaces etc.
- Knowledge in ABAP, Success Factors, Work Day are an added advantage.
