*Work location: Auburn Hills, MI* *Experience: 8.00- 10.00 years * *Mandatory Skills * ü Experience with Web Technologies (specifically Java, J2EE, JSF, EJB, JDBC, XML, XSLT, JAXB, GWT, Spring, and Hibernate) ü Knowledge of CVS, SVN preferred. ü Experience working with software infrastructure such as application servers ( Apache Tomcat, JBoss), Web Services, WebSphere or WebLogic. Preferred Skills - Develop and maintain build and installation scripts. - Develop and maintain required specifications. - Strong Analytical Skills. - Administration and maintenance of Build Management system. - Excellent communications skills to engage with Development, QA and Client teams. - Working knowledge of internet security best practices for Service Delivery Platforms, applying to both machine-to-machine, server-to-server and server-to-vehicle interfaces - Triage and resolve issues identified during the various program cycles. - Proficient, hands-on application development experience. - Specific knowledge of XML, Java, and Batch scripting. - Exposure to all development tiers: databases, front-end & middle-tier development. - Experience with Web Technologies (specifically Java, J2EE, JSF, EJB, JDBC, XML, XSLT, JAXB, GWT, Spring, and Hibernate) - Knowledge of CVS, SVN preferred. - Experience working with software infrastructure such as application servers ( Apache Tomcat, JBoss), Web Services, WebSphere or WebLogic. - Experience in supporting and debugging applications in a production environment. - Knowledge of common software design patterns and best practices. - Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. - Strong interpersonal, presentation, as well as verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to interface with clients and functional analysts to understand systems design and requirements. Job Roles/Responsibilities - Develop & obtain Requirements gate documents approval working with the various internal/external suppliers/groups to get their specifications complete. - Requirement for all components and interfaces to support Parental Controls - Manage the Web Development with the supplier to support the Parental Control Feature - Develops and/or obtains approval of the Development gate documents. - Owns the development schedule with all the supplier’s involved in the development - Develop, maintain, and communicate project timing plan in relation to vehicle rollout plan - Manage system level specifications for the feature/component and provide technical team leadership for application development design engineers - Lead the development teams in delivering the design documentation and solutions across various platforms including Web, Back Office, Mobile and Vehicle - Owns the Defect management process for their features including all the various defect management systems. - Work with suppliers to close out defects in timely manner. - Responsible for Unit testing of applications as they are released to us from the supplier. - Responsible for Unit testing of Applications/Feature and a qualification readiness status prior to every qualification event. - Participates in feature release meetings and represents feature. - Participates in feature defect management meetings and War rooms. - Owns all Change Requests and failure fixes that result in design changes. - Owns the investigation of operational issues post launch and continuous improvements - Creates and delivers Management Status Reports throughout product development and operations lifecycle. - Demonstrate ability to exercise independent judgment and the ability to take initiative and creatively solve complex problems. - Confident self-starter with the ability to take a project from concept through the development life cycle to completion - Participate in Design review meetings, Planning meetings, Daily Standup meetings, FCA program status review meetings and other meetings as necessary. - Travel as required *Regards,* *Ranjan* *Next Level Business Services Inc* *Staffing|Consulting|Outsourcing* *Jacksonville, FL* Phone: +1 (904) 267-0727 | Fax: +1 (608)646-8326 E-mail: [email protected] |Web:www.nlbservices.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
