First off, I know this is off-topic, but it was posted in the Android Market Help section and I haven't seen any responses. As the issue is one I am personally concerned about, and I know there are Google folks who are reading these messages, and it does impact developers, I'm posting here.
Any thoughts on the following concerns? Or, where can I go to get clarification on this issue?
