Configure ServiceNow instances from scratch Developing user friendly catalog items with experience writing workflows such as Content Management, Web Services Develop external application integration using SAML 2.0 and Web services Utilizes available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data - Build user friendly/interactive reports Responsible for, defining the To-be processes, identifying dependencies, key integration points, and building the ServiceNow solution - Document and present the solution, workflows, business process etc. *End To End Qualifications:* Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience on Geneva and/or Helsinki platforms - Proven experience in delivering Service Now for large organizations Solid understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes (3+ years) *Experience with working or developing in the following programming languages:* HTML or HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript API, Client and Server-side Scripting - Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, Events/Actions etc.) Experience implementing Service Catalog, CMS, MID Server, Integrations with LDAP, Single Sign On (SSO) and other applications external to ServiceNow.
