Quick Response is appreciated. *Below are the Position Details:* *Position: Lead Delivery Business Analyst* *Location: Downers Grove, IL ( LOCAL Only )* *Duration: 6 month contract * Business Analyst / Delivery Lead This Business Delivery Lead - Analyst position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to drive technology solutions with business strategies; managing delivery of projects in close relationship with business partners, vendors and IT organization; serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization to assess technical solutions that meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business functions and areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis. The Business Delivery Lead - Analyst will be a go-to person for all project delivery related concerns and escalations, and shall provide stakeholder support throughout the lifecycle of agile (SCRUM) projects. This role requires the following experience: •Ability to driver assigned projects to delivery, using Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum project lifecycles. •High level of attention to detail, high degree of quality and precision •Exceptional written and verbal, group communication skills •Proven background in delivering quality project artifacts, often with demanding deadlines •Ability to be highly process oriented with excellent listening skills to follow directions across multiple work streams •Multi-tasking self-starter who can follow instructions and has the drive and organizational skills to manage across timelines and deliverables •Strong interpersonal skills with ability to learn new concepts quickly and support multiple projects at once; comfortable with shifting priorities and schedules * Tech savvy with skills including but not limited to managing web/video conferences, using online collaboration and prototype visualization tools. Day to Day activities may include but NOT limited to: •Ability to work with project stakeholders and members of an internal delivery team to develop, edit, & revise project plans as per negotiated project scope. •Coordinate collection and dissemination of project related artifacts with various teams and partners •Maintain internal repositories with relevant project documentation (project plans, RAID logs, requirements, design, stakeholder approvals, etc.) •Manage current knowledge base of existing and emerging product specifications, procedures and guides where needed •As project delivery lead will create needed documentation, guides, FAQ’s, and PowerPoint presentation for stakeholders •Understand specific client business imperatives and support multiple projects in tandem •Utilize document formats that are standard internally, and introduce best practice versions where there is opportunity. •Maintain an organized archive of all client documentation and processes with revision control as well creating templates for common tasks •Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Sharepoint, Outlook) *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *The best way to contact me is by email:* -- Regards, *Bilal Qamar* Technical Recruiter *VERTEX CONSULTING INC.* www.thevertexgroup.com 935 N.
