*Ariba Contracts Management Enablement Lead *

*Duration: 5-6+ months*





*Qualifications:*

 In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Discuss Contract Management business and system requirements with
prospects and customers.
- Design and implement a solution for organization’s Contract Lifecycle
Management
- Build a system of repository to store and retrieval of contracts
- Propose best practice procedures for handling of contracts throughout its
lifecycle, amendments etc.
- Integration of contracts system with organization’s Procurement and
Business Intelligence applications
- Devise a strategy to handle migration and validation of data from legacy
systems in to Ariba’s Cloud solution
- Perform due diligence to gain a thorough understanding of client’s
organization and workflow
- Design & implement complex Ariba Cloud Solutions.
- Expertise in Ariba Cloud integration with Procurement Systems such as SAP
ECC and / or enterprise-wide Contract Management applications using various
integration channels.
- Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to
discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to
meet a customer’s business needs
- Determine client configuration requirements and guide client toward best
practices for long term success
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
to ensure compliance with current business strategies
- Provides analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action
to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the
implementation phase
- Lead a team of Solutions Architects provide direction and motivate team
members and identify training requirements.
- Respond to industry RFI/RFP and prospect Q&A; with attention to quality
and detail.
- Support prospects with developing business cases for solution investment
- Support marketing events and webinars with demos and presentations
- Support sales efforts with in depth product expertise
*The Ideal Candidate Will Have*:
- Thorough knowledge of various types of contracts and industry best
practices in terms of handling & storage of contracts
- As the lead Techno Functional consultant led at least 2 projects in
implementation of and modernization of legacy contract systems using Ariba
Cloud solutions
- Spent at least 2 years acting as the Senior Ariba Solutions Lead
supporting professional services sales cycle including proposal
development, RFP responses, account development, Delivery Management and
expansion initiatives
- 10+ years of experience supporting global
(on-shore/off-shore/near-shore), enterprise-wide delivery engagements with
one or more of the following Ariba modules Order
Management/Procurement/P2P, Supplier Information & Performance Management,
PO/Invoice Automation and ERP integration with Ariba Network using various
integration technologies like business suite direct Add-on, SAP PI Adapter
etc.

- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Client facing presence and experience interacting with multiple levels
within an organization, including executive leadership
- Possess the skills necessary to enter into a new client and perform an
assessment of the organizational needs
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with prospect/client

- Ability to deliver projects successfully under fixed time constraints
- Thrive on collaborating with the implementation team as well as internal
and external customers
