*Role : Lead Oracle WebCenter* *Location : Charlotte, NC * *Duration : 6-12 Months Interview : Phone hire * *Job Description* • Our client is looking for a talented Technical Lead in Oracle WebCenter Sites development to join our growing team who can hit the ground running on an exciting Oracle WebCenter Sites 11 to 12C upgrade. • This individual will be working on the WebCenter Sites upgrade from 11g to 12c and is required to have performed this kind of an upgrade at a large client similar in size. *Job Requirement* • Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with Oracle WebCenter Sites upgrading from 11g to 12c • Minimum 5 - 7 years of hands on experience with Oracle WebCenter Sites Content Management Systems Development (11g and 12c) • Minimum 5 - 7 years of hands on experience with Java JSP & Servlets, XML, advanced HTML, JQuery, J2EE, CMS, AJAX, Javascript, CSS, Oracle, Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic • Strong experience creating complex web pages that are W3C compliant (XHTML, etc.) • Experience creating web pages that work across multiple browsers and devices (Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome, iPhone, Blackberry, etc.) • Experience integrating Oracle WebCenter Sites with other non-Oracle platforms • Hands-on experience with Java and Web Services (SOAP, WSDL), Spring framework, RDBMS (ideally Oracle), JDBC, Tomcat, Maven and Apache • Experience of any other enterprise level content management system • Strong communication, writing and analytical skills with ability to produce high quality documentation • Can demonstrate knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and Methodologies • Demonstrable ability to communicate in both a technical and non-technical environment *Job Responsibilities:* • Discuss Oracle WebCenter Sites solutions and best practices with internal teams for the 11 to 12c upgrade • Help other teams in integrating content from Oracle WebCenter Sites CS into secure application • Mentor and train team members into best practices of using Oracle WebCenter Sites • Develop Oracle WebCenter Sites solutions on Oracle WebCenter Sites 11g and 12c • Develop JSP templates for Oracle WebCenter Sites • Create assets and flex families in Oracle WebCenter Sites • Develop enterprise level HTML and CSS, supporting multiple browsers and mobile devices • Using Engage and Personalization Data Store, develop recommendations, visitor attributes, and rendering templates • Design solutions to deliver content to mobile devices • Design solutions to deliver content through communities • Develop and implement caching strategies for Oracle WebCenter Sites templates and CS Elements.
