Role : Sr Software Engineer Locations : Boston, Massachusetts In-person interview required JOB DESCRIPTION: Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or other Information Technology related degree or equivalent experience * Working knowledge of performance testing strategies and techniques is preferred * Five to seven years of progressive post-baccalaureate industry experience designing, implementing, and delivering software using Service Orientated Architecture methodology. * Four years of programming experience with technologies such as Python, C#, Java, C , SQL * Passion for developing well-engineered software products * Must possess demonstrable knowledge of software design patterns, data structures and modern programming techniques * Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Strong design, coding and debugging skills in Java and/or C# * Experience working with web technologies including HTML 5, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON. * Demonstrate track record of delivering big, complex, and business-impacting projects on time with no supervision. * Demonstrate proficiency in developing/delivering multi-system business solutions. * Influence technical direction of team and establish strategies for achieving individual or team goals and remove barriers to effective collaboration. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
