*Job Description:*

The Agile Coach role is all about coaching and enabling the Development
Teams. We are building an environment where continuous
improvement/deployment of the development process is in focus and where
everyone’s common goal is to deliver outstanding software as fast as
possible that provides value to our business. As an Agile Coach, you are
passionate about group dynamics and coaching and you are not afraid to
raise issues and drive change. You’ll be working with a world-class team of
software development teams who love what they do – and we expect no less
from you.



You should have an insatiable appetite for learning new things and
improving existing ones. If you’re the right candidate, you pay attention
to details, and take great pride in your work.



*Base Responsibilities:*

As part of Agile Transformation office you are to work with Agile Teams and
their leadership to understand the needs of the Enterprise while also
considering the unique needs of our organization.

Will use influencing skills to effectively drive process implementation,
standardization and simplification.

Will be responsible for coaching and developing Agile teams and those who
work closely with Agile teams.

Excellent communication and partnership skills will be used when
interacting and communicating with key stakeholders and customers at all
levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.



*Coaching Responsibilities:*

·         Assist Scrum teams to improve delivery performance through
coaching and mentoring on team roles, tools (RTC), processes and ceremonies.

·         Identify opportunities for continuous operational and/or team
improvements through Agile Teams Certification framework.

·         Advance Business, IT and Operations leadership’s understanding of
their respective roles within Agile.

·         Provide Agile classroom education and facilitate workshops, as
needed. Support Agile Communities of Practice.

·         Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and
processes.

·         Coach teams on how to use relevant metrics that help the team see
how they are performing.

·         Coach on how to run Scrum of Scrums as needed.



*Qualifications:*

·         Is able to provide objective guidance, without personal or
political considerations.

·         Is an agile expert that has experience working with various Agile
models and in various companies.

·         Has experience in implementing agile techniques in different
cultures and environments.

·         Has successfully run agile projects of varying size and
complexity.

·         At least 3+ years of SM and 3+ years of coaching.

·         Familiar with CI, CD, Test Driven Development, and DevOps.
