UI/UX Developer Location: Philadelphia, PA Contract: C2C Candidates: Local only- USC, GC's and H1's Responsibilities: . UX/UI designer for xRay and Titanium internal support agent applications. . Improve support tool usability and UI implementations. . Improve time to market for new high quality, functional, and easy to use features. . Support tool applications which are included in X1 syndication will have a professional cohesive design and feel encouraging syndication partners to use the applications. . Functions as a business strategist, answering the question "Why are we really doing this?" . Works in all areas of user experience (generative and evaluative research, interaction design, information architecture and visual design) . Applies principles of design thinking and sprint methodologies to conceptualize engaging and valuable user experiences . Develops deep understanding of user needs and goals and synthesizes and communicates to cross-functional product teams . Drives design process in a collaborative manner with cross-functional teams . Uses storyboarding to create task flows, wireframes, and other design deliverables . Crafts interactive and intuitive experiences quickly for early-stage prototyping and feedback vehicles Requirements: . 6-8 years of strong UX/UI designing experience . Understanding of agile development methodology . Skilled in understanding the human-factors aspect of application development . Excellent oral and written communication skill .
