One year of progressive experience in the required skill in lieu of every year of education can be considered. - At least 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology Preferred: At least 3-5 years of experience in below technologies: Description: - Hands-on experience in Enterprise Data Services development and delivery using SOA architecture. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience with TIBCO Business Works and EMS. - Experience developing in distributed applications development (Database, Transaction Management). - Specialized in XML/XSLT and other XML related tools and technologies. - Experiences in full life cycle of application/system development. - Expertise in Data integration and access patterns. - Service oriented architecture as it related to vending shared data including best practices. - Must have strong communication skills with ability to work with all management levels. - Ability to share technical knowledge and clearly communicate technical concepts. - Programming experience with Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services is a plus. - Knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus. - Analytical skills - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. - The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
