Title: Test Architect Location: Oak Brook, Chicago Visa: H1B/GC/USC Contract: C2C Telephone: Phone or Skype unless candidate is local then they may request a F2F We are helping our client transform a large part of their IT organization. The end goal is to dramatically improve agility of the teams so they can deliver features quicker and with better confidence. Test automation is one of the pillars of this transformation. We are looking for a test architect to define the vision, guiding principles and approach (patterns, tooling, metrics et al) to setting up an automation-focused, data-driven QA methodology. This is primarily a thought-leader role - not an executioner role. The architect is expected to bring in industry expertise on best practices and an experience and opinions on how to roll out such a platform keeping the client's constraints in mind. The candidate is expected to present, defend the approach to clients and get their buy-in. Excellent verbal and written documentation skills are a must. What we need for this role: For this role we need an Overall Senior level Test Architect who is strong with all aspects of testing and test strategy. Strong communication skills is a pre-requisite for this role. Someone who looks into the Holistic testing landscape - performance, functional testing, automation, test data strategy etc. need someone who is seasoned Test Architect who knows testing landscape but at the same time someone who is willing to adapt and change quickly. Need will require constant interaction with the client to make sure client vision is included at all times as part of testing process. I am looking for a true Senior QA / Performance Architect. Please do not sent your run of the mill QA architects.
