*Below is the new requirement* *Title: Business Systems Analyst* *Location: Golden CO* *Duration: 5+ Months/C2H* *Need GC/USC* This position will begin as temporary with the possibility to convert to a regular full time position. The main focus will be to support our Digital Jeffco initiative by working with business units to understand and map existing manual or paper business processes and identify replacement automated solutions that can increase efficiency and effectiveness for the business. This position will also play a supporting role to the implementation of our new web solution CivicPlus. This position will be highly visible to leaders and executives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a seasoned background of performing detailed business analysis as well as be an excellent communicator, display strong teamwork and collaboration skills and be comfortable working with executives. It is required that incumbents be local to the Denver area and participate in an in-person interview. Following are additional details and minimum requirements. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 8 years or more of equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
